Science Experiment - Part 2

They are finally ready!

After two weeks of waiting, the Grade 1 and 2 Science class finally got to see their crystals!
We have been making our observations, and doing our detailed drawings, but we really couldn't be too sure that our experiment was a success until the very last test.

TASTING!

Yummy, they were sweet and delicious!
What a great way to discover science!

It's wonderful to hear from a former Counterpoint student! Mrs. Laura Tilson (ltilson@counterpointacademy.com) can be contacted for information.

I attended Counterpoint at St. Marks church on Elgin st. in the 70s. It was a great experience. I was wondering if there is any reunion or contact with former students and staff. We had two teachers then, plus a part time yoga and french teacher. Thanks, M.

Thanks for sharing the smiling faces of these kids - doing the oft-dreaded science projects. I wish more teachers had time and resources to give kids such positive science experiences in the classroom.
